Job Summary
Audiovisual Installer needed to service Enterprise customers in the Greater NYC Metro Area with responsibilities including testing, configuring, installing, mounting equipment, crimping and soldering cable terminations, interpreting system drawings, and resolving technical escalations across AV equipment (speakers, microphones, monitors, projectors, projection screens, recording equipment, and mixing boards). Must have 1-3+ years of field implementation experience, be able to travel to customer sites within the assigned territory, hold a valid driver's license, and work independently or in a team to install and troubleshoot low voltage/AV cabling and related components.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years experience with relevant field implementation
- Experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Low Voltage electrical and/or structured cabling preferred
- Audiovisual cables, routers, and connectors
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to function both independently and within a team
