Job Summary
Assist with the day-to-day functions of the audiovisual office; responsible for the set-up, operation, and strike of all audiovisual sets, ensuring high-level client service, operational efficiency, and profitability. Develop and apply AV skills; maintain positive relations with hotel accounts and team members; utilize company software; maintain professional appearance and image; demonstrate planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working varied schedules; authorized to work in the United States. This is a part-time role located in San Francisco, CA (Financial District), with duties spanning customer service, production, and audio/visual operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one years’ experience in the AV industry
- Advances knowledge and experience with AV set-ups and strikes
- Background customer service or hospitality experience required
- Certification in AV technology or related courses (preferred)
