Job Summary
The Audiovisual (AV) Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software on customer premises, ensuring effective service delivery during meetings and events. This role requires advanced technical skills and a proactive approach in support of both team members and clients. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED and ideally have some technical certification or an Associate Degree, with 2-4 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with various Audio-Visual systems including Room Kits and Cisco
