Job Summary
Conduct targeted audiometric interviews and apply Amplifon protocols to assess client hearing needs. Identify and propose optimal hearing solutions, managing full commercial negotiations to align with specific requirements. Support clients throughout the entire Amplifon journey, from testing and fitting to post-sale follow-up, repair, and maintenance care to foster long-term relationships. Requires a triennial degree in Audioprothesis or equivalent, strong organizational and relational skills, and commercial negotiation abilities. Full-time role under CCNL Commercio, with a base salary of €25,000 to €27,000 plus a performance-based commission plan tied to shared business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea triennale in Tecniche Audioprotesiche (L/SNT03) o titolo equipollente
