Job Summary
Conduct targeted interviews and audiological tests to assess client hearing needs using Amplifon protocols. Identify and propose the optimal hearing solution based on individual difficulties, ensuring proper device adaptation. Manage the entire commercial negotiation to present tailored solutions for specific client requirements. Support clients throughout the full Amplifon journey, from testing and trial to post-sale follow-up, repair, and maintenance of hearing aids. Maintain long-term relationships by fostering trust and ensuring clients feel heard and understood. Full-time position under CCNL Commercio with a base salary of €26,000 to €28,000.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea triennale in Tecniche Audioprotesiche (L/SNT03) o titolo equipollente
- Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali
