Job Summary
Audiology Technician responsible for supporting audiology care in a clinic/hospital setting. Tasks include assisting with hearing aid and ear mold sales and repairs, managing related paperwork, preparing departmental data, answering phones, scheduling, handling payments, verifying patient data and insurance, check-in/out of clients, maintaining equipment sanitation, and contributing to data transformation efforts. Works with audiologists, nurses, and front-line staff to improve access and reduce wait times while helping increase patient satisfaction. Requires high school level education (GED acceptable); experience in a clinical environment preferred; salary based on experience; day shift, 40 hours/week, in Rapid City, SD.
Required Qualifications
