Audiology Technician

Job Summary
Assist audiologists with hearing tests and evaluations for patients of all ages at the Occupational Medicine/Audiology Clinic on site at Tinker Air Force Base. Support calibration and maintenance of audiometric equipment, perform basic hearing screenings, assist with diagnostic testing under supervision, collect medical and hearing histories, educate patients on hearing care and hearing aid maintenance, document results in EMR, assist with fitting and maintaining hearing aids and other assistive devices, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to infection-control and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited college or vocational program in audiology technology or related health sciences
- Two years experience as an Audiology Technician or equivalent role within the past 5 years
- Active BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current certification or licensure as required by state regulations for audiology technicians
- U.S. Citizenship per contract/work authorization requirements
