Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, maintain office management data, and manage hearing aid inventory including orders, repairs, and supplier checks. Demonstrate and sell Assistive Listening Devices, batteries, and special products while performing routine cleaning of hearing aids. Assist with marketing efforts, handle customer exchanges and returns, and make phone calls on behalf of the Audiologist. Send copies of audiograms, reports, letters, and thank you cards as needed. This role offers opportunities to expand knowledge in ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics specialties within a patient-focused, relationship-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
- Data Entry or other experience reliant primarily on computer usage
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Speech and Hearing Science background
- Experience working with a diverse patient population, including geriatric patients
- Midwest Culture
