Job Summary
Define a patient's hearing impairment by selecting and administering appropriate diagnostic instruments and preparing written reports for all age populations. Direct patient care, provide counseling on treatment options, and manage caseloads to accommodate same-day changes. Delegate non-clinical tasks, including insurance authorization, and maintain current knowledge of hearing aid guidelines and federal regulations. Coordinate educational opportunities, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and assist with outpatient marketing projects. Monitor performance improvement initiatives, clinical outcomes, and staff annual reviews. This PRN role supports Vitruvian Health's mission across Hamilton Medical Center and Bradley Medical Center with a focus on community health and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program of doctorate of Audiology (Au.D)
- Registered Audiology license, or eligible for license in the State of Georgia
- Three (3) years experience in audiology
- BLS CPR certification
