Job Summary
Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans by reviewing electronic medical records via a secure portal, administering Maryland CNC and Puretone Audiometric tests, and completing the Disability Benefits Questionnaire within the system. Accurately document exam findings to generate medical documentation for the VA's eligibility determinations. Perform 3-6 assessments daily during a part-time schedule of 2-3 days per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This structured role requires no on-call duties and focuses solely on assessment and documentation without prescribing treatments or devices.
Required Qualifications
- Au.D.
- Graduated from an ASHA Accredited School
- Current license as an Audiologist
