Job Summary
Conduct hearing loss testing and diagnosis while administering procedures per Starkey clinical protocol and applicable laws. Fit and sell hearing products and accessories according to sales protocol, then provide counseling and follow-up services. Collaborate with regional leadership to oversee office financial management and coordinate new and retention marketing efforts. Maintain a successful and profitable office environment. This role is based in Yorktown Heights, NY, with a target annual salary of $55,440 to $75,600 plus uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Licensure – license in good standing
- Knowledge of software systems including patient management software, NOAH and Inspire OS
- Ability to organize and execute a plan
- Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
