Job Summary
Administer hearing test procedures, conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories, and provide counseling and follow-up services to ensure a top-priority Patient Journey Experience. Collaborate with management to oversee financial management and new/retention marketing efforts while maintaining a successful and profitable office. Maintain valid state licensure in good standing and demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Valid State Licensure – license in good standing
- Knowledge of software systems including patient management software, NOAH and Inspire OS
- Ability to organize and execute a plan
- Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
