Conduct routine hearing diagnostics and patient counseling, then fit and sell hearing aids while managing a solo provider office supported by a Patient Care Coordinator. Grow the practice by engaging with the community and prospecting the local area. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus tiered commission, with an option for 100% commission for Hearing Instrument Specialists.
