Job Summary
Administer hearing test procedures according to Starkey clinical protocol and conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories per company standards. Provide counseling and follow-up services while collaborating with leadership to oversee office financial management and new customer retention marketing. Maintain a successful and profitable office by ensuring the Patient Journey Experience remains the top priority for all patients. Valid state licensure and proficiency in patient management software are required for this role within the Yorktown Heights community.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Licensure – license in good standing
- Knowledge of software systems including patient management software, NOAH and Inspire OS
- Ability to organize and execute a plan
- Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
