Job Summary
Administer hearing test procedures in accordance with Starkey clinical protocol and applicable state and federal laws. Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Starkey sales protocol. Provide counseling and follow-up services while maintaining a successful and profitable office. Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management and new/retention marketing efforts. Ensure the Patient Journey Experience remains the top priority for all patients. This role is an employment opportunity with Northland Hearing Centers, Inc., a subsidiary of Starkey Laboratories. The position requires valid state licensure and knowledge of patient management software. Salary ranges from $61,600 to $78,750 annually with monthly uncapped commissions.
