Job Summary
Diagnose and treat hearing loss while performing hearing tests, fittings, and troubleshooting repairs on hearing aids and amplification devices. Counsel patients on device purchases, educate users on best practices, and interpret audiometric results to propose treatments. Manage daily clinical operations by maintaining equipment, conducting remote care initiatives, and supporting telehealth efforts. Grow your patient population through local community outreach and physician relationships while meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial KPIs. Maintain continuing education requirements and adhere to state licensing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience
- 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
