Job Summary
Diagnose and treat hearing loss through clinical expertise while ensuring a positive patient experience. Perform hearing tests, conduct hearing aid fittings, and educate users on best practices. Troubleshoot, repair, and clean amplification devices, and interpret audiometric results to propose treatments. Counsel patients on device purchases and maintain knowledge of third-party payors. Achieve practice growth by meeting financial KPIs and driving sales through ethical practices. Conduct local community outreach, develop physician relationships, and support telehealth initiatives. Maintain continuing education requirements and mentor new Hearing Care Professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience
- 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
