Job Summary
Diagnose and treat hearing loss while performing hearing tests, fittings, and troubleshooting repairs on amplification devices. Counsel patients on device purchases and educate them on best practices, then interpret test results to propose treatments. Manage daily operations by maintaining equipment, conducting repairs, and cleaning hearing aids and earmolds. Grow your patient population and meet financial KPIs through sales, community outreach at health fairs, and physician relationship development. Support telehealth initiatives by conducting remote hearing tests and coaching patients. Maintain continuing education requirements and adhere to industry licensing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience
- 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
