Audiologist - Monroe LA

Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans; perform Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric testing; complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQ) within a secure portal to generate medical documentation for VA eligibility; review electronic medical records via secure web portal; accurately document exam findings and VA forms; role does not involve prescribing treatments or devices; part-time schedule (2 days/week, 10-hour shifts) with no on-call duties; in-person role in Calhoun, LA; equipment provided; strong analytical, documentation, and time-management skills required; ASHA-licensed Audiologist with Au.D. and ASHA-accredited training expected.
