Job Summary
Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans by reviewing electronic medical records via a secure portal, administering Maryland CNC and Puretone Audiometric tests, and completing the Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) to generate eligibility documentation. Perform focused medical assessments without prescribing treatments or devices, maintaining a compassionate demeanor while managing a caseload of 3-6 Veterans daily. This part-time position offers a predictable schedule with no on-call duties, including health insurance, 401K, and malpractice coverage for those with an Au.D. and current licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Au.D.
- Graduated from an ASHA Accredited School
- Current license as an Audiologist
