Audiologist

Administer comprehensive hearing and balance evaluations, conduct otoscopic examinations, and interpret behavioral and electrodiagnostic test results for patients. Manage the audiology department daily by supervising assistants and technicians, coaching staff performance, and organizing resources for efficient operations. Develop and supervise hearing screening programs, recommend assistive devices, and lead research on hearing or speech topics to improve procedures and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate patient medical records, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
