Audiologist - Clarksville TN

Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans by reviewing electronic medical records via a secure portal, administering Maryland CNC and Puretone Audiometric tests, and completing the Disability Benefits Questionnaire to generate eligibility documentation. Accurately document exam findings and submit required VA forms within the portal. Perform focused medical assessments without prescribing treatments or devices, working a part-time, in-person schedule of three days per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a caseload of three to six veterans daily. No on-call duties are required.
