Audiologist (CCC-A)

Job Summary
Part-time Audiologist to evaluate and diagnose auditory disorders, provide treatments, and offer rehabilitative services to patients across the age range (infants to adults). Preference given to candidates with experience working with children or neurodevelopmental disabilities. Responsibilities include diagnostic audiology, electrophysiologic measures (ABR & OAE), and services involving hearing aids and bone conduction devices. Collaboration with WIHD, Westchester Medical Center, and related centers. Requirements include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology, NY State licensure or eligibility, and CCC-A from ASHA or equivalent; proficiency with audiological equipment and software; strong communication skills; empathetic and patient-focused approach; and excellent organizational/time management skills. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology
- New York State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Audiologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of audiological diagnostic procedures, assessment techniques, and treatment options
- Proficient in using audiological equipment and specialized software for testing and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
