Job Summary
Establish rapport with patients, gather hearing histories, and conduct comprehensive audiometric testing. Make ear impressions and molds, program and fit hearing aids, and perform adjustments as needed. Maintain detailed documentation and patient files while managing your assigned schedule to maximize patient support. Own your clinic goals by coaching team members and driving practice growth. This role offers a salary of $80,000-$110,000 with a bonus program, PTO, and licensing fee reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D.
- Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
