Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive audiology assessments, including diagnostic procedures such as Pure Tone Audiometry and Tympanometry. Provide newborn hearing screening services, fit and verify hearing aids, and perform cochlear implant mapping. Operate and maintain audiology equipment while ensuring compliance with health guidelines. Mentor junior staff, assist in operational planning, and contribute to research aligned with departmental objectives. Prepare clinical documentation accurately and support consultants during patient interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in conducting audiology assessments and diagnostic procedures
- Proficient in fitting and verifying hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audiology equipment
- Experience in counseling and patient education regarding hearing conservation and rehabilitation planning
- Knowledge of compliance with guidelines such as MSQH, JCI, MOH
