Job Summary
Assess U.S. Veterans in-person to conduct Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometry, review electronic medical records via a secure portal, and complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) to support VA disability determinations; role involves no treatment, 3-6 veterans per day, PRN schedule with Mondays/Fridays and potential travel to Fairbanks; equipment provided; requires Au.D. and licensure as an Audiologist with ASHA accreditation; professional, compassionate, and timely documentation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Au.D. degree
- ASHA Accredited School
- Current license as an Audiologist
- Proficiency using technology to review records and complete documentation
