Job Summary
Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans by reviewing electronic medical records via a secure portal and administering Maryland CNC and Puretone Audiometric tests. Accurately document exam findings and complete the Disability Benefits Questionnaire within the portal to generate medical documentation for VA eligibility determinations. Perform 3-6 assessments daily during Monday-Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a predictable schedule and no on-call duties. This role focuses solely on assessment and documentation; no medical treatments or device prescriptions are involved.
Required Qualifications
- Au.D.
- Graduated from an ASHA Accredited School
- Current license as an Audiologist
