Job Summary
Provide daily audiovisual support for conference rooms, executive meetings, presentations, town halls, and special events, including setup, testing, operating, and breakdown of AV equipment. Deliver exceptional white-glove customer service to senior executives, board members, donors, and VIP guests by consulting with organizers to understand requirements and recommending appropriate solutions. Operate and support videoconferencing platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration technologies while troubleshooting audiovisual, videoconferencing, networking, and room-control system issues during live meetings. Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs or replacements of AV equipment as needed, responding to service requests and support tickets with a professional approach. This second-shift role requires flexibility to occasionally shift hours, work mornings, or work Sundays based on business and event needs.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a related field
- 3–5 years of audiovisual support experience in a corporate environment
- equivalent combination of professional AV experience and technical school training
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic hands-on audiovisual skills
- familiarity with projection systems
- familiarity with monitors
- familiarity with audio mixing boards
- familiarity with wireless microphones
- familiarity with display resolutions
- familiarity with general AV cabling
- Working knowledge of video editing software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows

- basic understanding of networking fundamentals
- basic understanding of videoconferencing technologies
- Experience supporting Zoom
