Job Summary
Set up, operate, and tear down audio, visual, and lighting equipment for meetings, conferences, events, and concerts; assist with client-facing AV needs; arrange tables and chairs for Student Center and campus events; maintain equipment security and storeroom; perform duties assigned by the Audio-Visual Systems Manager; flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late nights; on-campus role requiring enrollment at SFSU with specified units.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled at SFSU with a minimum of 6 units for undergraduates or 4 units for graduates
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and meet deadlines with a changing event schedule
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasionally late night
- Experience operating and maintaining sound reinforcement, video, lighting, and general audio–visual equipment preferred
