Job Summary
Set up, test, and calibrate equipment to produce a fully functional AV system including displays, cameras, switchers, processors, and control devices; develop reports from after action reviews and incident reporting; perform preventive maintenance and report findings; support end users during presentations; manage work tickets through a ticketing system; must pass a government-level background check; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years (or 4 years) of A/V service experience; certifications in video conferencing platforms and control systems; Crestron Toolbox/DMC-4K-T/E, familiarity with Crestron NVX, Logitech, Fusion; strong communication skills; knowledge of IP networks and meeting room facilities; ability to train end users in web, audio, and video conferencing; ability to advise on meeting management and data management for bridge/conference services; responsibilities may evolve with time; benefits include comprehensive premiums, 401K matching, disability coverage, and transit benefits for specified metro areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 video conferencing platform certification (e.g., Polycom, Cisco)
- Minimum 1 control system platform certification (e.g., AMX, Crestron, Extron)
- Crestron Toolbox and DMC-4K-T/E certification; familiarity with Crestron NVX, Logitech, Fusion
