Job Summary

Lead technical design from concept through show execution for NVIDIA's global keynotes, product launches, and arena-scale live productions. Translate creative requirements into detailed technical plans, including venue drawings, rigging layouts, signal flow, and production documentation using Vectorworks or comparable CAD tools. Develop AV architecture spanning LED, projection, audio, lighting, broadcast, and AV-over-IP systems while managing vendor proposals, budgets, and labor plans. Oversee onsite technical execution, system commissioning, rehearsals, and show operations, diagnosing issues across video, audio, and networking. Direct union and non-union crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure venue readiness through site surveys. This role requires 8+ years of experience, 40% domestic and international travel, and a driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant technical production experience
  • leadership of large-scale or technically complex productions
  • Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks or comparable CAD software
  • Deep knowledge of live production systems spanning LED, projection, audio, lighting, broadcast, media servers, networking, show control, and hybrid workflows
  • Hands-on experience with professional production platforms such as Pixera, Christie Spyder, Barco E2/S3, Blackmagic Design, Megapixel Helios, Brompton Tessera, ChamSys, or vMix
  • experience leading vendors, technical crews, budgets, labor plans, and onsite production
  • The position includes domestic and international travel of up to 40%
  • some production trips lasting up to 14 days
  • An active driver's license
  • the ability to frequently lift or move equipment weighing more than 40 pounds
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
