Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of audio-visual operations, including managing and coordinating services for conferences, presentations, and corporate meetings. Supervise and mentor a team of audio-visual technicians while guiding them through training needs. Ensure the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment remain optimal by troubleshooting technical issues promptly and implementing standard operating procedures. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Manage inventory, maintenance schedules, equipment upgrades, and project budgets while staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Media Production, or a related field required, along with 5 years of experience in audio-visual operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
