Job Summary
Independently operate, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and manage A/V systems and peripherals. Perform daily morning checks of conference rooms to ensure readiness for meetings and own pre-meeting checks for high-profile events and VIP video calls. Troubleshoot and upgrade AV componentry, coordinate external vendor support, and manage incident management for application usage while meeting key support performance metrics. Proactively seek additional work during downtime and provide guidance on policies and procedures to backup staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
- Required to maintain an overall professional appearance and attitude
- Adhere to all policies and procedures required
- Hours: 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years prior A/V work experience preferred
- Industry certification preferred
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
