Job Summary
Audio Visual Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue and cultivating relationships with hotel personnel in Amsterdam. Responsibilities include soliciting and securing business through a proactive, consultative sales approach; preparing and presenting quotes and proposals; collaborating with vendors and internal teams to service events; attending site visits and pre-conference planning; understanding event cost structures and incorporating profitability guidelines; delivering world-class service by maintaining customer relationships; researching customer history to tailor experiences; maintaining up-to-date CRM data; guiding customers through Encore networks to secure additional opportunities; maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM records; adhering to SOPs and staying current on product/service offerings and emerging technology supporting meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
- Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
- Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
