Job Summary
Audio Visual Presales Design Engineer role focusing on developing company-wide AV solutions for clients, creating proposals, scopes of work, and BOMs; delivering AV drawings/packages (infrastructure and one-line drawings); leading internal reviews; coordinating with Account Executives; managing project cost and resourcing; onsite travel ~25%; senior-level responsibilities with extensive experience in Microsoft Teams Room systems, Q-SYS/Crestron/Logitech/Jabra/Biamp/Cisco/AI camera tracking, AV distribution, client relationships, and project management. Certifications and CAD/Drafting skills preferred; strong customer service and collaborative mindset; willingness to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 8 Years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and Teams Room Systems on both Android and Windows
- Strong understanding of Q-SYS, Neat, Crestron, Logitech, Jabra, Biamp, Polycom, Cisco, and similar products
- Strong understanding of AI automated camera tracking systems
- Strong understanding of network-based AV distribution systems
- Ability to create and understand AV system designs
