Job Summary
Lead solution discovery sessions and design complex, scalable AV and hybrid workplace solutions (meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, digital workplaces). Produce high-quality technical documentation (system architecture, BOM, scope/design docs). Act as technical lead through the sales process, supporting qualification, solution positioning, and proposal development. Engage with Sales to craft compelling solutions, run client presentations/workshops, validate designs on client sites, and stay ahead of AV/hybrid workplace trends. Experience with Teams Rooms, Crestron, Cisco, Logitech, Q-SYS, Biamp; strong Pro AV background; CTS/CTS-D or related certifications are desirable. Permanent role in North Ryde, Australia with national responsibility."
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Pro AV / Audio Visual environments (essential)
- Background in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Design Engineering
- Strong capability designing integrated AV systems across the platforms listed
- Track record of creating clear, detailed technical diagrams and documentation
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting proposals and winning work
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills
