Job Summary
Lead solution design and discovery sessions for hybrid workplace AV solutions (meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, digital workplaces, and integrated environments). Own end-to-end solution design from discovery through to proposal, producing architecture diagrams, BOMs, and design documentation. Act as technical lead through the sales process, align with Sales to craft winning solutions, run client presentations and workshops, validate designs on client sites, and stay ahead of AV/hybrid workplace technology trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Cisco, Logitech, Q-SYS, Biamp; experience in Pro AV and design engineering with strong documentation skills and client-facing communication. Desirable certifications include AVIXA CTS/CTS-D, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Rooms, or Cisco collaboration certs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Pro AV / Audio Visual environments (essential)
- Background in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Design Engineering
- Strong capability designing integrated AV systems across the platforms above
- Track record of creating clear, detailed technical diagrams and documentation
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting proposals and winning work
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills
