Job Summary
Establish US Project Delivery and Support teams while managing end-to-end project delivery for audio-visual equipment, networks, and content. Coordinate third-party resources, including AV technicians and external vendors, to ensure installations meet customer requirements and quality standards. Lead project kick-offs, sign-offs, and handovers by drafting cost estimates and maintaining internal management tools like Asana. Troubleshoot signal flow and resolve installation issues in custom environments, providing post-deployment support and training end-users on equipment operation. Manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, builders, and consultants, to track milestones and ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Organized and detail-focused project management expertise
- Strong understanding of AV system design, installation, and troubleshooting
- Proficient installation technician with deep domain knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in AV solutions installation, construction site work, and coordinating trades and technicians
- Experience in drafting (e.g., AutoCAD) and ability to create supporting documentation
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation related to AV specifications, floor plans, and schematics
- Existing commercial relationships within the industry
- Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and asset management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or ICT)
Desired Qualifications
- CCNA, CCNP Certification
- Experience in the real estate new development industry
- Experience with complex custom software integration and AV automation
- Experience in a global, fast-paced, startup environment
- Crestron programming and installation experience
- Networking installation experience
- Basic understanding and configuration of client networks
- Understanding of Static IPs, VPN, VLAN, DNS
- Wiring termination and testing expertise
- Projection mapping and visualization experience
- Ability to resolve installation issues and suggest solutions
- Expert knowledge of signal flow and troubleshooting
- Ability to train end-users on equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with a hands-on work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to challenge the status quo for process efficiency and growth scalability
