Job Summary
Conduct Audio/Video installations, home theater builds, and whole-home audio projects throughout East Texas. Perform TV mounting, network setups, security camera integrations, and commercial AV system deployments while maintaining clean, organized cable management. Troubleshoot technical issues, read installation plans, and work safely on ladders to lift 50+ pounds. Assist with low-voltage wiring, rack building, and structured cabling as an AV helper. Requires full-time Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime and weekend travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional Audio/Video, Home Theater, or Low Voltage installation experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with TV mounting, home theaters, distributed audio, networking, and security cameras
- Ability to read installation plans and follow company standards
- Excellent cable management and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely on ladders

Desired Qualifications
- 8 ohms/70 volt systems
- Ubiquiti or Araknis networking
- URC, Control4, Lutron, or similar automation systems
- Rack building and structured wiring
- Commercial AV installations
- Low-voltage, wiring, construction, electrical, or handyman experience
- Willingness to learn and grow in the Audio/Video industry
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
