Job Summary
Pull and stage equipment from the warehouse for outbound shows, preparing items for transportation by packaging, labeling, and creating shipping manifests or carnets. Manage inventory by receiving sub-rented items, restocking delivered gear, and running the department while ensuring proper substitutions for shortages. Operate forklifts to push equipment to docking stations and load/unload trucks, maintaining detailed records of maintenance, QC, and damaged equipment in the inventory system. Work full-time with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime in a 70,000+ square foot warehouse, requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Positive Attitude and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift 50 pound on a frequent basis
- Ability to spend long periods of time standing or moving in a 70,000+ square foot warehouse
- Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
- Certified to drive sit down and standup forklift
