Job Summary
Operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on large-scale audio systems for Insignia Events, including stadium productions and live sporting events. Mix audio from diverse sources, manage inventory and equipment shipments, and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely production needs are met. Assist with pre- and post-event meetings, research new technologies, and supply costs for final billing. Requires 5+ years of audio experience, proficiency with Digico, QSC, and Dante systems, and flexibility for evening, holiday, and weekend schedules.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of Audio related work experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a large-volume, venue facility
- Excellent leadership, people management, problem solving and communication skills
- Must be creative, innovative, passionate, results-oriented with a commitment to excellence
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 Software
- Certified and/or proficient in L'Acoustics Soundvision
- Certified and/or proficient in L'Acoustics Network Manager
- Certified and/or proficient in QSC Q-sys Designer
- Certified and/or proficient in Digico consoles
- Certified and/or proficient in Yamaha consoles
- Certified and/or proficient in Audinate Dante
- Certified and/or proficient in Optocore Routing
- Certified and/or proficient in Riedel Intercom & Bolero
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot in a high stress, fast-paced, live production work environment
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in related field
- Flexibility with work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
