Job Summary
Conduct daily audiometry assessments and hearing aid fittings while shadowing experienced audiciens in local retail stores. Complete the internal Amplifon Retail Academy training covering hearing solutions and advisory sales over three months, followed by a two-year external vocational program to earn an mbo 4 diploma. Operate with the latest hearing technology in a commercial, service-oriented environment while receiving intensive coaching and personal development plans. Earn a starting salary of €2,650 per month, rising to €3,100 upon graduation, with full-time availability of at least 32 hours.
