Complete the internal Amplifon Retail Academy training covering hearing technologies and consultative sales skills over three months. Execute the external MBO 4 audicien diploma program through partner colleges over 1.5 to 2 years. Earn a starting salary of €2,650 per month, rising to €3,100 upon graduation, with a requirement of minimum 32-hour availability.
