Job Summary
Conduct daily customer consultations and hearing solution sales while shadowing experienced audiciens in local retail stores. Complete the internal Amplifon Retail Academy training covering hearing knowledge, hearing solutions, and advisory selling over three months. Execute the external audicien qualification program through partner colleges to earn an MBO-4 diploma within two years. Perform sales tasks using Amplifon's A-merk hearing products in a service-oriented environment. Work full-time with a minimum of 32 hours weekly availability.
