Job Summary
Conduct daily customer consultations and hearing assessments under supervision at local Beter Horen retail stores. Complete the internal Amplifon Retail Academy over three months, covering hearing solutions, advisory sales, and the latest audiologic techniques. Execute the external audicien diploma program through Deltion College or Dutch HealthTec Academy while gaining hands-on experience with A-merk products. Work full-time for two years to earn an MBO-4 diploma and advance to a shop manager role.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau
