Job Summary
Audician/audiologist and Store Manager responsible for leading a small team (1-2 people) in a Belgium-based hearing center. Activities include managing the center’s operations, coaching and developing staff, performing advanced audiometry tests to tailor hearing solutions, and establishing professional networks with ORL doctors and general practitioners to drive quality service and performance. The role combines clinical audiology expertise with leadership, client-facing sales, and center management within the Sonova Belgium network, offering an indefinite contract, additional benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Audiology (BA or MA) with INAMI number
- People management experience (1-2 direct reports)
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to perform advanced audiometry tests
- Strong networking with ORL doctors and general practitioners
- Commercial flair and target-oriented mindset
