Greet showroom and lot customers promptly, build rapport through active listening, and present vehicle features and benefits. Conduct test drives in accordance with dealership policies and prepare accurate sales and leasing documentation. Coordinate transitions to the Finance & Insurance department, deliver vehicles, and introduce customers to the Service Department for initial service scheduling. Maintain follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business while staying informed on Audi products, competitive vehicles, and industry trends. Attend dealership meetings and manufacturer training sessions as required. Valid driver's license and ability to obtain state sales licensing are required.
