Job Summary
The role focuses on auditing and processing warranty claims for Audi dealerships, including reviewing manufacturer policy compliance, booking and closing claims, submitting for payment, and maintaining warranty receivable schedules. Candidates should have prior automotive dealer warranty administration experience, knowledge of DMS software and warranty accounting, ability to interpret technician notes and apply labor codes, and be certified or trained with at least one manufacturer. The position offers full-time employment with a non-compete, remote work option within the U.S. or in-office in Greenwood Village, CO, with benefits including health, dental, vision, a 6% 401K match, probationary salary guarantee, and commission after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Previously held position as a Warranty Admin in a franchised Automotive Dealer
- Good working knowledge of DMS software
- Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
- Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
- Proficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes
- Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer
