Audi Ontario Service Advisor

The Audi Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, diagnosing customer concerns, recommending maintenance and repair services, and ensuring clear communication throughout the repair process. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns on repair orders, explaining recommended services and costs, upselling services based on Audi standards, coordinating with technicians, keeping customers informed of vehicle status and obtaining approvals, reviewing completed work and invoices at delivery, ensuring repair orders are complete and compliant with standards, maintaining high CSI/CEI scores, and adhering to dealership policies. Key skills include strong customer service, clear communication, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, organizational skills, basic automotive knowledge, and proficiency with dealership management systems; a California driver’s license is required.
