Job Summary
Prepare monthly goals and track daily showroom activities including phone leads, test drives, and appointments to monitor progress toward monthly targets. Complete CRM duties, enter accurate customer contact information, and follow up with delivered clients while maintaining the system to encourage referrals. Be active in customer prospecting outside of walk-in traffic, develop opportunities, and perform vehicle deliveries by demonstrating features and operation. Learn industry terminology, stay abreast of technological changes, and understand competitive products including prices and trading practices. Maintain CSI scores above the regional average on a monthly basis.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in a sales orientated environment preferred
